We act as a partner within Investor Relations to support and guide our clients in regard to clear messaging and ongoing day-to-day activities that target financial markets, including ongoing strategic and hands-on investor relations advisory.

Activities also include regulatory training (MAR), financial PR, earnings and roadshow presentations. For some clients, we engage in IR interim assignments.

### Capital Markets Events
To further enhance specific messages, highlight news and objectives and guide the investor community certain activities, such as a capital markets day, are relevant. Fogel & Partners frequently supports executive management teams with key messaging and other related activities on such arrangements. We are also engaged in project management and can take on full responsibility for the arrangements.

### Media Advisory
To ensure that key messages and news are communicated from listed companies, not only in a comprehensive and compliant manner but also with great reach to create an impact, Fogel & Partners supports with media relations. Such activities include media programs to introduce management to key journalists, background briefings and interviews.

### Perception studies
Perception studies are an important tool that effectively measure the sentiment towards a company among investors, analysts, employees and other relevant stakeholders. It is especially effective to do a perception study ahead of important events such a capital markets days in order to address issues that are important to relevant stakeholders. It is also a relevant tool to use after management or strategy changes in order to gather feedback on the changes made. We help facilitating such a study and ensures that the outcome reflects both positive opinions on the company as well as which areas should be developed going forward. 

### Peer benchmarking
In order to evaluate a company’s own performance, it is often necessary to use a benchmark by looking at other companies in the same sector or companies with similar characteristics such as similar size, growth level or cash flow generation. We support companies with making such a benchmarking analysis to keep track of a company’s own performance as well as to pinpoint areas of improvement compared to peers.

### Equity story rebuild
A clear equity story is key when communicating with investors and capital markets to avoid any unclarity around the company that in the end could be reflected in a company’s valuation. We support with rebuilding the equity story for the company which includes incorporating important key messages connected to the company’s business model and positioning to a relevant stakeholder group. We also help companies identify relevant ESG issues and how they should be integrated into a company’s investment case. 

### Investor analysis and targeting
Investor targeting is the process of identifying and engaging a company’s current and potentially new investors to create the most value for the company. This involves gaining access to and understanding a company’s own investor data such as the type of investors the company has, the split between institutional investors compared to retail investors, analyzing any ownership changes over time and also comparing it with potential peers. Based on this approach, we can help with building a strategy on how to assess investor “gaps” and identify potential opportunities.

### ESG integration to investment case
Most companies have an ESG story to tell about how they are managing the risks and opportunities associated with the wide range of ESG issues that they are exposed to but fail to present it to investors. These issues can vary between supplier transparency, energy efficiency, carbon footprint, tax transparency, labour issues and more. We help companies identify relevant ESG issues and how they should be integrated into a company’s investment case.
