Fogel & Partners welcomes Kristina von Sydow to further strengthen its M&A offering within public affairs
Fogel & Partners welcomes Kristina von Sydow as Senior Advisor, further strengthening the firm’s expertise in strategic, and political insight in complex transaction processes. As political considerations increasingly influence investment decisions, the integration of public affairs into M&A advisory has become increasingly important. With her extensive background in political and regulatory analysis and advisory, Kristina will contribute to further enhancing and expanding the firm’s offering.
Kristina joins Fogel & Partners from Rud Pedersen Public Affairs where she served as CEO and Managing Partner. She has extensive experience from politically governed organisations in Sweden and internationally, including the European Commission, the Government Offices of Sweden (Regeringskansliet) and the Swedish Parliament (Riksdag). Kristina will assume her role as Senior Advisor at Fogel & Partners in November 2025.
“Political dynamics play a growing role in investment decisions and the ability to assess and navigate political risk has become increasingly important for companies and investors. To meet this development, we are strengthening our M&A offering by further deepening our expertise within public affairs and political analysis. Kristina brings deep experience in advising on political and regulatory developments and we are very pleased to welcome her to the team,” says Anders Fogel, Founding Partner at Fogel & Partners.
“I look forward to support clients in navigating the growing political dimensions of transactions, where a clear public affairs perspective can reduce uncertainty and strengthen trust. Fogel & Partners has built a strong position in strategic communication, and I am excited to help further develop this capability together with my new colleagues,” says Kristina von Sydow.
