Enviro and Antin Infrastructure Partners to create the world’s first large-scale tire recycling group, supported by Michelin.
Fogel & Partners acted as advisor to Scandinavian Enviro Systems in their joint venture with Antin Infrastructure Partners. The collaboration will create the world's first large-scale tire recycling group, combining Enviro's patented technology for extracting carbon black and pyrolysis oil from end-of-life tires with Antin's expertise in infrastructure development. The joint venture is supported by Michelin that has signed multi-year supply agreements regarding recycled materials from the first plants established by the joint venture.
