Fogel & Partners acts as advisor to Svedbergs Group in their EUR 44.5 million acquisition of the Dutch bathroom furniture supplier Thebalux.
The acquisition marks an important step in Svedbergs Group’s growth journey, widening the Group’s geographical reach in northern Europe. Thebalux's strong market position in the Dutch market, alongside its size and certain exports to neighbouring markets, will diversify the Group's operations and facilitate risk balancing.
