Fogel & Partners acted as communications advisor to Bonnier News in connection with its sale of Arcy to Readly and its public offer to the shareholders of Readly. On 3 June 2025, the offer was successfully closed with Bonnier News controlling 96.45 percent of the shares in Readly.
