Fogel & Partners acts as communication advisor to Triton Partners in connection with its SEK 2 billion recommended public cash offer to the shareholders of Cint. The offer is made through a consortium consisting of Triton Fund 6, Bolero, the Company’s largest shareholder, Patrick Comer, CEO of Cint and Brett Schnittlich, COO of Cint.
