Fogel & Partners acts as communication advisor to Ambea in connection with its recommended public offer to the shareholders of Humana AB.
 
The shareholders of Humana are offered a combination of cash and shares, with the ambition to combine Ambea and Humana and create the leading Nordic care services group.
 
The total value of the offer amounts to approximately SEK 2,960 million.
