Adam advises management teams, owners, and boards of directors in transaction-related communications, investor relations, and corporate positioning.

Adam has been involved in numerous high-profile IPOs and has advised bidders and targets in M&A situations in a wide range of industries. He is also experienced in supporting companies in the development of investor relation functions and strategies as well as in ongoing dialogue with capital market stakeholders. Adam has also provided support through crisis situations, corporate positioning activities, and senior management changes.

Prior to joining Fogel & Partners, Adam worked at Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, focusing on capital markets communication. He has also worked as a writer and reporter at Nyhetsbyrån Direkt.

Adam holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from Linköping University.
