Helena has over two decades of experience in strategic corporate communications including M&A, integration, restructuring and business transformation projects. She advises and supports clients in various sectors through all the critical steps in the change process that companies need to go through when, for instance market, conditions change.

She was previously communications advisor and Partner at Kreab and held a number of strategic communications roles at Scania. Prior to joining Fogel & Partners, Helena was Senior Vice President Communications and Marketing for one of Stora Enso’s divisons. In addition, Helena has gained valuable experience from executive interim assignments for larger corporates.

Helena holds a BA in Economics, Media & Communications and Political Science from the University of Uppsala and studied International Relations and Public Relations at master’s level at the University of Amsterdam. Helena is also a certified board member by StyrelseAkademien.
